Topic	Why is 3G internet slower today than dial-up was?

Locally I get 10mbps on it. I haven't been on a legit 3G band in a long time, at least not how it was defined upon release. Most of those were upgraded. My phone has 4G LTE right, but when the signal drops below 1 bar it switches to 3G and it always says the signal is full, but that mode just straight up is unusable. That's interesting.
