Honestly just putting Celes on the team instead of Setzer may make a decent difference in terms of output but I feel the survivability from his breaks has some value as I only have Relm's burst not her Ultra so I dunno. Mog Center + Celes bottom instead of Celes might be the right way here. Or maybe even Relm center. --- No problem!
