I believe it would have cut the total in half at the very least from a 12 million lead to a 6 million lead. Maybe even further.

The point is, like I said from the onset, looking at the Senate gap is all about what states voted. It wouldn't be impressive if the Republicans carried it and it was all deep red States.

The Senate by extension of only doing 33% at a time is always bound to have pointless gaps based on states up for grabs. House makes more sense. But it likely isn't too far off from the presidential numbers I would guess.
