Saying these 37 criminals had some kind of more ethical more reasonable justifiable accumen to be drug dealers seems kinda insulting to every black man and woman who is law abiding and doing a 9-5 to provide for their family. I don't think your race or age or sex or nationality or wealth is any justification for commiting crimes.
