Either go on dates that you dont wanna go on with people you're not attracted to or piss of your friends' SOs. Although odds are your friends wives/gfs are looking out for their friends more than you anyways, especially if they're all unattractive, but they shouldn't use you as the go to solution all the time just because you're available, that's kind of a dick move.
