I've played very little of this series before - I've played a decent amount through 0 and little bits of 4 and 5. So this month I decided to play through 0-3. One a week sounds about right through the end of the month. I know I have a few friends on here who are big horror fans so this should get them happy that I am finally playing through the series. I have long had the Game Cube versions of 0 and REmake, so those are the ones I'll be playing. I really like the Game Cube controller and assuming I really get to love it with those two games I will probably try to track down the Game Cube versions of 2 and 3, even though they are a little on the pricey side, for the sake of convenience.
