Whats your reasoning for taking each? i don't cook and because some of these are just ingredients that im not getting from self-prepared food i am opting for the pill version instead, hence: fish oil, garlic, turmeric, and ginseng. heart health, toxin and fungus fighters, ginseng for energy. vitamin d3 is something anyone spending most of their time indoors should take. lutein for eye health support as i have myopia and astigmatism. spirulina / chlorella is a super food, hard to get without eating a seafood veggie diet, and makes up for not always eating my greens liquid multi vit to fill in the gaps of stuff im not getting elsewhere. liquid for maximum absorption. apple cider vinegar was first used to cure my heart burn issues and other gastro problems i was having. its good for weight loss and alkalizing the blood so im just sticking with it going forward. --- ''If I knew how to dox people, and you lived close to me, I would beat you with a bat.''
