exercise, meditation, CBD, eating right, sleeping right

I have suffered with depression for forever, been on and off medication... I took myself off Zoloft in July after being on that for almost three years. I am still depressed, it's there, but if you do the things I mentioned above plus whatever else can make you feel good, you'll be alright. Keep yourself busy and healthy.
