It seems like a novelty product but it would seem to come in handy during a financial collapse or apocalypse becuase you can tear off one gram at a time and use it for things. I cant tear my 10oz bar apart so easily.

However buying silver by the gram isnt worth it because it isnt super expensive in the first place, so youd be paying much, much more premium vs. buying it by the oz. it usually gets cheaper with less premium the bigger you get.
