However, 40 hours a week is still an American problem - most people don't love their jobs and that's in part because they're overworked and thus bored and more prone to mishaps or burnout. Remembering all the strict protocols is a nightmare. It is nowhere near as easy as it sounds... Then the hard work you're putting into other areas will pay off for putting up with your current boring job. Not everyone is required to have a 40 hour work week. Theres plenty of part time jobs that offer less. The system works it just depends on what people are willing to do to take care of themselves.
