hey progressive stats are kinda cool I should make a bot command for them... i kinda wanna have bot make a graphical chart of these progressions

(rankings and percents are separate things, rankings are Tidus's placement out of all people who have STATS at that time, and % is how much STATS Tidus has at that point)
