And then, when the fairy godmothers alter the curse to try and save Aurora, Maleficent changes her plan to ~~confine Prince Phillip until he's 100 so that he can return as a decrepit old man to awaken his lover who has been preserved in her youth.~~ Sadistic, Satanic, completely without pity or remorse.
