people are free to nom them if they care. the threshold for entry is likely to be quite low. obviously the initial selection was a bit arbitrary and i wanted 25 to start with so i elected to go with Oak who i figured was a more popular character than Diantha, someone who i personally did not even remember despite having finished the game, even if it meant breaking the "theme."
