| PrivateBiscuit1 09/12/18 11:34:10 AM #88: | My girlfriend is a special education teacher working at one of the lowest paying districts in Ohio. She has had shoulder issues she is trying to recover from, wears a sling, and her principal who conspired to get her fired last year (with evidence from e-mails they left around to try and get someone they knew her job) purposefully forced her to watch undiagnosed children without IEPs and she told one he can't have a doughnut before he finishes the rest of his breakfast and he proceeded to rip off her sling and attack her hurt shoulder, injuring her further. The principal blamed her for it because she thinks she should have just given the kid a doughnut in the middle of being assaulted and refused to follow Ohio union protocol and inform the police, parent, and superintendent she was attacked by this student. They have told her after the fact that the student can be violent. She is paid less almost $30k a year for this shit. The only saving grace is if she sticks it out this last year, she gets $17k off her student loans because of working in low income schools for five years.
