Especially since DPD has been one of the best departments in the country when it comes to officer/civilian relations over the past few years. Heard about this, I have never, ever, in my life, no matter how tired or intoxicated tried to walk into a different apartment, house or car. I just dont understand how one does this. Forget killing someone inside said wrong location. While I have never done it I do know someone who did. Drunk, went in the wrong apartment, killed the owner thinking they were a robber. Went to jail.
