Nothing will come of this claim although, humorously enough, in an age where people are worried about Russia's ability to buy ads and post inflammatory content, you'd think that same crowd would WANT regulation Realistically, at some point either Democrats, Republicans, or an unholy combination thereof will regulate search engines because government eventually consumes everything. streamofthesky posted... Or a city wants to build their own internet infrastructure. If somebody is against that, it'd be an example of wanting smaller government. streamofthesky posted... Feel free to add on to the list, there's plenty more.
