I got notified that this summer (letter in the mail at beginning of the summer) that teams of high school age kids were hired to check the conditions of garbage and recycling carts and to leave notes on ones that were deemed in need of replacement. We would then have to call the number for a replacement. It is dumb that they just didn't put in the order as they checked them, but whatever. They're just high schoolers. So, maybe they thought that they would mess up. Or mess with people. Or whatever. But it would've been nice to have them put in the order... Did you ever find out SMT?
