Companies don't take you to court to terminate you. Time traveller is a joke, but taking a company through years of litigation? That's hella fun The only way you could possibly take a company to court for terminating you is if the termination was based on discrimination for something like gender, race, religion, etc. Termination for lying on a resume is perfectly fine, and if you take it to court, the judge will just laugh at your pathetic ass and throw the case out in less than a day.
