In case of a blackout, people who didn't save before it have saved one less time (or even more) than those who did. A gamefaqs blackout normally benefits those that that did save by keeping them always one save ahead of those that didn't save. Say if Red has 2 saves pre-downtime and Stifled has three, and Red's save was up just before the downtime, and the downtime lasts an hour exactly, Stifled gains a massive advantage due to having his 4th save ready for on time, and Red loses out as he hasn't made his 3rd save. I'm someone that lost a save due to this new rule... and honestly I'm for a concept of it as long as we put down some ground rules ahead of time from here on out. --- I'll just go back to gifs.
