It may just be unavoidable if it's like rare medals you're short on, because you aren't really given the resources just starting out to load up on everything you need ever. Medals can and almost always do appear in any given stage anywhere. If it's like common or uncommon medals, you'll eventually have enough. Gregory. Always Gregory. I lucked out with two Baba Shop giveaways though so I may be alright for a bit. But I find the growth one isn't super efficient for it. I did farm the Epic Showdown one for it a few times though. I'm usually alright with the rest of them I need aside from, obviously, the Elder Kai or Supreme Kai.
