Which level of medals are you short on? It may just be unavoidable if it's like rare medals you're short on, because you aren't really given the resources just starting out to load up on everything you need ever. Medals can and almost always do appear in any given stage anywhere. If it's like common or uncommon medals, you'll eventually have enough. --- I'm a greener egg than the eggs from dr. seuss ...
