Topic	Can you tell the difference between fresh pineapple and canned in a buffet?

They're overly slippery and I doubt it's the natural juices of the fruit, even the most delicious and sweet. I wonder. Really like pineapple but I don't want the canned stuff for a plethora of reasons. It's kinda overly sweet too but I can't be too sure.
