I wanted to use the perks at those high levels so I basically was just in power armor 100% of my time the moment I got my first set. I also raised Agi up to 3 just so I could be sneaky for the few times I took the power armor off. Right from the start my character had perks from this set up that made the game too easy. --- Others find humanity by looking in their own hearts.
