Ive had cancer scares, I smoke 2 packs a day and I tried vaping but it made my mouth hurt. I hope I can quit all drugs except whats prescribed this year.

Sorry to hear about the cancer scares. My nan died of cancer but even worse my older sister died of cancer too when she was 26. This isn't the reason I've decided to quit but it's certainly a intensive. You're thankfully still here so have a opportunity to improve your chances.

As for vaping making your mouth hurt perhaps trying a different device would help? Some devices have a tighter draw then others too so it helps it perform more like a cig would. Sub Ohm devices for example create the big clouds sure but don't draw like a cig would. None Sub devices draw like a cig and was my preference. The later shouldn't be hurting your mouth as they don't tend to have a big mouth peace.
