6'8" 230# holy shit

I'm 6'3 240 but I've packed on about 20 pounds of fat since I had kids. Not in horrible shape but I could definitely stand to tighten up. I lose weight/gain muscle pretty easily, just have to commit to doing it.

I do know a guy at the prison near me, but he's on the wrong side of the bars to be helping me get a job lol
