Topic	You can't afford much on minimum wage... but

I will never in a million years understand how the hard workers get paid less than the paper pushers. All I do is walk around every once in a while to make sure things are going smoothly, set up interviews, make the schedules and that's it. and then the person who owns the warehouse is literally making money by owning the warehouse rather than by doing any work You work hard to not have to work. Thats how it works. Right. And it doesn't make any sense. Why not? Someone actually good and experienced at a job would, theoretically, have the best ability to direct its structure. If you cant work your way up, what credibility do you have? Or even incentive?
