In 2010, I gathered a rally of nearly 90 to nominate Jigglypuff, and she made the play-ins, or didn't make the top 96 most-nominated characters. In 2013, I got roughly 40 people to nominate Rinoa, and she landed the top 11 seed, or roughly the 91st most-nominated character.
