Instead of idols it's bands (though there is an idol band group), and there are covers to other songs, mostly anime and vocaloid songs. Kinglicious posted... Kinda curious about it these days, I was a sucker for the songs and rhythm games just work for mobile. Core gameplay is mostly the same, but they've added a lot more nice QoL updates and some stuff like equipable skills to change up the score gaining meta. A lot of us that still play do try to aim for that. Kinglicious posted... Oh school idol was my gacha gateway drug, I've for plenty of good characters, though probably outdated. Then again I don't know wtf a powercreep looks like for a rhythm game devoted to waifus even looks like. A lot of old URs are still viable as long as they're score boosters.
