You're also ignoring that highly fibrous carbohydrates (aka fiber) are nothing like refined sugars or corn syrup.

Fructose is natural in fruits (strangely), and this is not easily processed by your liver leading to the fatty deposits of NAFLD, fiber is basically the only redeeming trait of vegetarian diets and that's only neutral.

Fruits aren't fibrous carbohydrates. I'm referring to corn, beans, quinoa, etc. Please educate yourself.

Lots of fruits are great sources of fiber. It impacts how the body handles fructose. Which is why HFCS is so bad but fresh fruit is not so negative for the body

Raspberries have 8 grams of fiber per cup. A banana or an apple has 3-4 grams a piece.

Eat your fruit

Enjoy your balanced legumes and whole grains. You can't live on bananas.

You're saying that like I don't already eat more of that and more fiber than at least 97% of Americans

You should be eating a variety of food for optimal health. Great backpedaling though!
