Not to mention, the only part on that that is considered a gun, is the lower receiver. You can literally buy all the parts without ever going through a background check, and then use a 3D printer for the lower receiver. Assemble it yourself, and boom, now you have a gun that isn't in any government databases.

Yes.

You realize the only guns in a government database are NFA weapons. Literally all that happens when you normally get a background check for a firearm at an FFL is they do a background check, they aren't telling the government what gun you just got but they do keep a record of all their transfers.
