You would go to jail, and then if what you're saying is somehow true, that would be a breach of your Section 9 (Canada) - arbitrary detainment, and you could then sue the police department and the officer that arrested you. I'm about to do this exact thing here. Doesnt work that way in the US You have the right to remain silent and not self incriminate.
