That may mean being put in dangerous situations. In this case its unclear but from what I read it doesnt sound like the guy wasnt going to fire on the cop. THe cop freaked out and thought about saving his own life rather than thinking about the girl who he shot. Its fine if you dont want to die but then dont become a cop. As a police officer you need to put other lives (especially children) above saving yourself. Which is exactly what he did here. --- My luck works best when things are... random.
