I was a picky eater growing up, but it had more to do with texture and flavor. I found pork and beef to be absolutely disgusting alongside fruits.

Drove my parents crazy because those were the meats they loved. But every time I tried to eat them, I threw up due to either flavor or texture. Mom hated it, but after throwing up for the fifth time, dad stepped in and forced a switch to chicken or fish for me. It worked out better. But I never ate what the rest of the family ate.

(Note: the throwing up wasn't forced, so no sticking fingers down throat or anything like that. My gag reflex just naturally kicked in. I still won't eat pork or beef to this day because of that.)

that has to do with your body rejecting the food its because its not good for you specifically. food requirements and preferred foods for normal non processed food are genetic.
