| LuffySkull 07/21/18 3:55:04 AM #22: | I love it when people spout communism as a solution without actually reading up on it. Marx had and idea of a utopian society that he called communism. It was what he believed society would evolve into some day. But he never really laid out in the Communist manifesto how you get from Capitalism to Communism. Not to mention the fact for communism to actually work you need for certain basic things like food and water (electricity was just coming around when Marx died) to be abundant to the point no one has to worry about paying for them. Let alone electric power which he couldnt have thought to factor in. Basically Marx envisioned Star Trek TNG. Thats oversimplification but the point stands. Unfortunately human nature as a collective whole wouldnt stand up for how communism works even if it was actually able to done on a wide scale.
