| MrMallard 07/18/18 1:30:29 AM #13: | So before I took a break from CE, I was pretty buttmad at how this game was shaping up. I didn't like the change in ganeplay, or the whole son aspect - my reasoning was that it felt like they were gonna kill Kratos and have you play as the kid as the next God of War. I like the dumb beat-em-up PS2/P/3 titles, and I didn't think God of War needed to mature or be reimagined as a whole new thing. I made a massive maximum-character rant about it a year or two before it came out. I never thought I'd be as wrong as I ended up being. I didn't play the game, because it just isn't the sort of game I'd really like to play - but I did watch my friend play it on his PS4, and it was really fucking good to experience.
