Topic	According to Google, it should take me 18 minutes to walk 0.9 miles.
wolfy42 07/17/18 7:39:12 PM #7:	3mph is considered a average to slightly fast walk. 4mph is a fast walk. 5mph is considered a power walk or the upper range of a persons walk speed. Anything over that is considered jogging (although with a wide stride etc, you could probably hit 6mph without actually jogging). Most distance calculators will use a 3mph rate though, which would be about 20 minutes for 1 mile. Fastest official walk time for an hour is around 5 1/2 minutes (walking means one foot is always touching the ground btw).
