Full retreat back to the Shell Party, immediately. Also, Zephyr has become DEMORALIZED. At this time, Ermine can choose if Zephyr wants to press on with the quest or if he'd rather give up and go home. If Zephyr retreats now he'll be guaranteed to survive to the end of the story, but he won't be involved in any of the final conflicts. If Zephyr does continue to move forward, his effectiveness will be decreased and his chance of dying will be increased until someone inspires him and cures his DEMORALIZED status.
