Are people seriously unaware of his consistent praise of dictators for their "strength," consistent downplaying of Russian meddling, consistent blatant lying that somehow he gets away with in the face of reality even when his allies call him out on it, and consistent disdain coupled with either a dishonest or delusional attempt to discredit any opposition to him?

The man has literally outright lied or is delusional about the popular vote, implying it's fake and continually pushing the blatantly false accusation of mass voter fraud, something even Republicans acknowledge that not only he's wrong about, but that he endangers the entire political process by trying to legitimize it?

He lies so much it's tiring. Just a drop in the bucket is his calling anyone who opposes him "Democrats," including Republican-appointed investigators. The man is either a liar or delusional, and the fact anyone is foolish enough to fall for his antics is disturbing. Notice how quickly they turn on any Republicans who oppose what he's doing. He is following all of the classic patterns would-be dictators use.

The man literally defended torture, something that anyone that holds real American values should condemn unconditionally like the hero John McCain does.

He really should not be underestimated.

Sit back and read through his entire Twitter feed (which I read because ignoring him is far more dangerous). The guy is nuts.

Confused by this post. Paul Ryan already is a Yes Man speaker for Trump. Sabotaging healthcare has been a goal of his all along. And he's always been open about how much he idolizes Ayn Rand and her philosophy of "f*** every else."
You seem to think something about him is different than was ever presented, or that he's somehow not everything you already fear about the next speaker.

At one point, Boehner became the leader because the last guy was a "RINO"
Then Boehner became a "RINO" and was replaced by Ryan, who is now also a "RINO" and will soon be replaced.
And none of them significantly changed their positions from the start of their tenures. If anything, they tended to shift to the right slightly.

My point is even in the face of all that, some of these people still call out Trump. That is how off the rails dangerous Trump is.
