Generally, you don't want any units on your team that are not buffing or being buffed by anyone else, which your MG and RF aren't. I'd say replace the MG with a HG, maybe swap out the 2nd SMG for a 2nd AR for more damage. The best basic setups for early-game players are 3AR/2SMG or 2AR/2SMG/1HG. But as long as tile buffs aren't being wasted, something more versatile like 2AR/1SMG/1RF/1HG or 2AR/1SMG/1MG/1SG could work too. https://imgur.com/BNe0aaF Yeah, definitely ditch SR-3MP for now. She's a very niche use SMG that needs a team built around her, and isn't suitable at all for general SMG usage.
