Theyve amassed student loans for years and years and they feel entitled to not have to pay back what they borrowed, as adults.

Nordic/Scandinavian citizens get higher education for free. Would you call them entitled?

Its not comparable. The people took loans and wanted to default. Free college isnt the question, because they never said, free college after everybody pays what they owe. The issue is who gets screwed over? Does the government print some money to give to the agencies who granted the student loans or do the banks and lending agencies pick up the bill for a bunch of liberal arts degrees?

You mean the predatory companies that work through the government and make it so even if you pay ahead on your loan every month, you'll probably be on the hook for 10+ years and pay 230% what you originally took out?

It's one of the most profitable industries in our country and it's only really an industry in our country for a reason. It's also related to why universities are raising tuition prices without paying professors more or improving student services. There's also how many millions of accounts in default for how many trillions of dollars yet the businesses can remain operating?

You can skew it any way you want; adults borrowed money from other adults.
