Back when I worked as a cashier, a black lady in her mid-20s or early-30s came through my line and wrote a check for the purchase. So far so good, right? Wrong, when I asked to see her ID for the check as the account was not yet in our systems, she produced her driver's license that was obviously tampered with by changing the first number from a 1 to a 0 which is an indicator that she is committing check fraud (unless you were born in the state and are middle age or older, it is impossible to have an ID number as low as the one she gave herself). When I brought up the fact that her ID number looks off, she immediately accused me of racism (major sign of guilt). I got customer service involved and they of course let her use the check since the guy that came over was an idiot that brown-nosed his way up.

Funny thing is this guy who called the police has history of the forging documents.

Just means he knows the obvious signs of forgery since he engaged in it in the past.
