Topic	Goddamn the cost for traffic violations has gotten completely out of control

The area in question the police department actually got in trouble for as well. They were in the news for having disproportionate ticket revenue relative to the size of the town. But cacciato is a former cop so he'll stick up for outright obvious aggressive revenue gathering Except it was military law enforcement, so we enforced state and local statutes for traffic violations and since we were federally funded there was no incentive for revenue-based targeting.
