I agree but he did the time involving another woman not the Halbach woman he was accused of murdering. The thing that struck me odd was when that guy Ryan Hillegas was on the stand he seemed dodgy and no one knew he had once dated Halbach. Yeah Kratz is a piece of work but that whole PD and DA office seems super corrupt.
