| HaRRicH 07/03/18 8:33:06 AM #25: | $40 for three posed pictures with him, $40 for a signed picture, or $70 for both. He was the only celebrity I noticed who offered a combo-discount like that. Also $50 for a signed giant poster like my SMB3 one or $50 for a line-reading in Mario's voice. Blew my mind about these prices. I thought after people paid $150-$300 just to get in (I volunteered so I got in free), these autographs and pictures would be free or at least much cheaper. Nope! There were also the venders all around who who selling items at what I thought were generally-acceptable prices -- two-for-$5 game-themed magnets, two-for-$25 game-themed drinking glasses, $20 stained glass piece, that sort of deal. If I had to pay $150-$300 just to get in and if I wasn't gifted that second autograph for my time (he was the only celebrity nice enough to offer an autograph for volunteering, by the way), I would feel very different about my experience there. I'll try to volunteer again, but I'm not paying vacation-prices like that.
