Topic	Anyone have any experience with hair loss?

My mom's dad was bald at around 25(I'm 23 now) so of course I've been looking at my hair a lot more. It still looks pretty good, but does look like it might be thinning. However, my dad's, mom's dad was bald at like 30, and both my dad and uncle have full sets of hair at 60 so that gives me some hope. I bought some biotin shampoo and have been using that, but that's about all I've been doing. Has anyone experienced this/used anything to help them out? Kerotin or anything?
