Seems to me that all that really changes is piratebay moving to a different TLD again. Article 13 means that we(normal people) can't upload anything whether it's a video on YouTube or an image on imgur without the file going through a filter to check if the file in question has a license attached to it in order for us to be allowed to upload it. Which will become irrelevant as soon as some "sharing" site creates some sort of encrypted uploader. Exactly, which makes this whole thing entirely pointless from the get go. Why are we even getting this shit?
