Well, your first mistake was eating nothing but almonds for a day. That's as dumb as eating nothing but ice cream for a day.

Balanced diet, people. A balanced diet is the key to permanent success. Fad diets, detox diets, etc are bullshit and won't lead to permanent weight loss since they're not sustainable long term.


Yea I guess youre right. Now I just eat less, nothing greasy loaded with carbs and exercise. Seem to lose weight just fine without having to torture myself with some extreme diet.
