the MPR article even specifically states that the workers made their complaints known prior to Ramadan because they knew Ramadan would make their work hard

I do think we need to protect religious freedom in this country but like, yeah, businesses should obviously not be compelled to do something in response to every single religious belief. Reasonable accommodations are one thing, but I dunno that 1) having more people work the same job in teams and/or 2) putting A/C in the warehouse count as reasonable

even setting shifts like this seems to me to be a decent way to accommodate although I suppose you run into issues with other employees schedules (and you might not have night shifts etc)
