No, the content is created in a way where old players are incentivized to run old content for bonuses through roulettes, which match you with first timers playing through the story so you'll never need to actively form a group to get the basic stuff done nor will you ever hit a wall with progressing through the game Also it will be a very long time before this game stops ...
