Speaking of which, when it says "I don't think my bond with X will strenghten from hanging out today," it's still good to hang out, right? In the sense that it means I need two days of hanging out instead of just one to increase my bond. As for characters acting unrealistically, sure, but if "your foster father murdered your mother to steal her artwork" doesn't move you, then nothing ever would.
